We Celebrated Much
Lisa and I drove to the Aspen, Colorado area to attend a wedding of the son of a very dear friend from college. The wedding fell on the very day of Doug’s birthday, so we just celebrated in place. We had a great walk along a river, enjoyed some conversation with some recent graduates from college about Jesus, had great cup of coffee together. 
We had a great time at the wedding, which started late afternoon, and we loved the reception, and especially the dancing. We also got to be with some of our favorite people from out college days. It turned out to be a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday!
