Leading with a Developmental Bias
We had the chance to eat at the Chocolate Cafe in Prague because we had gathered a number of GEM’s Field Leaders to help them better understand their roles and develop in them.
Part of this included talking about how to develop people in their ministry and leadership ability. The aspect I had the opporunity to build into their lives focused on discernment in decisions and the ability to move to a place where one can freely choose what God desires in their work. We had an unbelievable time, and the spontaneous conversations led to some amazing results.
