Ranching for Work

Michael no sooner finished his school year than high-tailed it to Montana. He managed an international flight all on his own with an overnight in Chicago, only to discover himself on a ranch preparing to work his first job ever a day later. It’s been a few days and we’ve heard he’s having a blast doing whatever you do on a ranch.
We love that he has this opportunity because he can only volunteer in Poland due to visa restrictions. One of the fringe benefits of working on the ranch is that he’ll get to be with his grandmother and some of his extended family as they come for a visit. He’ll be back with us in Poland just before school starts. In the meantime, we miss him, but are really grateful that he has work.
