Training with the Birkman
Last May, our GEM leadership team asked us all to get trained in the Birkman, which is a tool that gives deep insight into relationships in the work place. The time for the training was this past week and both Lisa and I attended.
One of the unique things about the Birkman is that it shows a persons needs in the workplace, and when those needs are met, they perform optimally. As a result this tool can help in work relationships, and work roles. It is very deep, showing preferences of individuals in many different aspects of work environments.
So both Lisa and I are now consultants with The Birkman Method. We did this so that we could better lead people in GEM and ministry.
