Developing Leaders and their Skills
The last week of April meant we’d train some of GEM’s field leaders in the art of leading people in their ministries. We followed the curriculum from Leader Development Network Global, which GEM has just become certified to do. I am grateful that two other capable men took a portion of the training too.
In that process, we had great practical conversations regarding specific scenarios that frequently arise in ministry.
Toward the end of the meetings, we focused on spiritual life, and took a tour — after all, we held the conference in Athens, Greece. Thanks for praying.
