Onboarding for New GEMers
Lisa flew to Athens to deepen her relationships in person with the onboarding cohort she facilitates for GEM.
An onboarding cohort is a group of freshly arrived in Europe GEM workers. Onboarding acquaints them to the process they are going through in adjusting to their host cultures as well as GEM processes, including mission, vision, values, expectations and reporting. Disciple-multiplication has a central role too.
