She Shared on the Use of Short-term Teams
Recently a colleague asked Lisa to step into a role of leading GEM personnel in EurAsia. Her experience in Poland as a discipler of women, a coordinator of short-term teams, and a faithful witness for Jesus will serve her well in this new phase of her ministry. As such, she attend GEM’s Field Leader conference, not only as someone who shared, but a participant.
However, she engaged the audience well with her short-term team experience and insights. GEM wants to see short-term teams infuse the desire among those on these teams to serve long-term in Europe. Pray that God does just that!
