Spiritual Life Team Listens to God for Plans
In order to gather GEM’s spiritual life team together for our annual planning retreat, we met in Porto, Portugal.
We had been through some changes to the team, and we recognized we had a full plate with our current offerings. With God’s leading, that made us consider this a year as one of honing our activities. We did note, however, that as we enter the fall, we may have a few significant projects that will flow out of that honing.
Two thoughts emerged from that time together. One might be a newly themed retreat that the team considered would server our missionaries well. The other concerned collecting our weekly devotional writings and making a book available to our GEM partners. Please pray for God’s continued guidance regarding these ideas. Thanks.
