Requests for the New Year
Megan made it home safely for Christmas! We are very happy to see her and haver her with us. She excelled in her first semester of work in college.
We have a number of requests for which we’d love your prayers.
- Pray for Lisa as she assumes a leadership role for GEM’s women serving in Eurasia. She will be meeting with our GEM workers in Belarus this January and needs a visa to travel there.
- Pray for God to call 30 more CityReach Strategy Leaders and team members to join in accomplishing this initiative.
- Pray the Spirit leads as Doug meets with others to plan and organize a spiritual formation retreat for GEM missionaries.
- Pray for the Spirit to fill Doug and Lisa as they lead disciple-making groups in Poznań.
- Pray for the Spirit to guide Doug in his preparation to preach on January 17.
- Pray for us as we look into educational options for Michael for his last year of high school. Ask God to speak specifically as it could mean a temporary move for that year.
- Pray for Megan’s safe return to Gordon College on January 11 and in the meantime for us to have a great time as a family.
- Please pray for the Spirit to inform and guide GEM’s Leadership meetings later in January. Both Lisa and I will be praying, preparing and participating.
