Celebrating Thanksgiving!
For Thanksgiving we had the GEM Poland team together as well as a friend from Lubbock, Texas. We celebrated with lots of food, pies, fellowship and fun on Sunday after the official holiday. Poland doesn’t celebrate American Thanksgiving.
This was B.Y.O.D. -- bring your own dish. We did the turkey among other things, but the deserts and salads, everything was delicious.
It was a great time with our family, teammates and friends. It was actually a pretty moving discussion on the topic of giving thanks as everyone shared that for which they were thankful. Many meaningful moments were had, but as parents our hearts melted when we heard from our kids. It was really touching. They are amazing.
So we trust you time of thanksgiving was just as meaningful. We did miss having you with us, but we carried you in our hearts since you are such a part of what we do in Europe and Poland. Thanks.
