Amazing Teens!
It sure is fun to raise these kids. Their school held a Sadie’s (backwards) dance that apparently was a lot of fun. While there is a foursome in this picture, some of the dates waited where the pictures were being taken. Our kids went in a crew of 30 teens to eat and then to the dance.
I had just flown back from Europe, so I didn’t see them until the next day (I went to sleep). When I arose, we had a friend of Michael’s in the house, and the report indicated the night was a lot of fun, clean fun with great people, and that always pleases the heart of a parent.
To top it off, I discovered that Michael stayed up the whole night making baked goods so that his friend, Preston, could raise funds at church for a mission trip later this year.
Thanks for praying for our family, and especially our kids. The older I get, the more I realize, it is God at work in the hearts of our teens.
