Smile, You’re on Candid Camera!
Hard to believe that 14 years have passed since Michael entered this world. His name means “who is like God” in Hebrew, and we as parents remember that it is a miracle that he is here due to the complications Lisa had during pregnancy.
As it stands, Michael wears his 14 years well. He’s now taller than both Lisa and I, thinner than me and also better looking. It is fun watching him grow through his teen years, and to be honest, we are quite proud as parents. His character, while he likes to joke a lot, is outstanding and always has been. He is very disciplined, motivated, ambitious and on top of that he is owning and growing in his own faith in Jesus.
The day passed rather quickly, with a breakfast party, a lunch party and then a youth party at church. That is not counting the party on Monday and Thursday evenings. So I guess Michael is enjoying a birthday week. Thanks for praying for him, and please don’t stop!
