Disciple Multiplication Training
More than 30 church leaders from 6 countries gathered to learn about Kingdom expansion through disciple multiplication that is both intentional and reproducing. Leaders express interest and attend because they deeply desire not only that their church grow, but that the Kingdom of God expands throughout their cities by the simple process of disciple multiplication. More disciples, more communities of disciples, more churches, and spontaneous expansion of the Kingdom. Why? The simple processes teach responsiveness to the leading of the Holy Spirit, who in turn grants an experience of joy when a disciple obeys His leading.
As Eduard and I spent a few evening hours in Lisbon communicating the goodness of God through the gospel of Jesus to some Portuguese nationals, two of them trusted Jesus as their Savior. On the way back to the conference, I asked Eduard, how do you feel? He expressed deep joy at being used of God. Tiago and Fillipe became citizens of heaven as a result. More than that, as an outcome of the training we now have CityReach leaders in Lisbon who desire to disciple these men. Please pray for God to bless this.
