Cease Striving!
Part of my November itinerary included continuing my training as a spiritual director. The program fosters a phenomenal experience for those desiring God and growing in the ability to see His ways. In fact, spiritual direction focuses on companioning other believers so that they can enter into the invitations that God extends to them.
Since I am in ministry and work with missionaries throughout our organization, Selah has exceeded my expectations and I have been delighted with how this program has been shaping and forming me to better attend to the presence of God. I have also gained much insight in working with God’s choice servants. As I sought training in spiritual direction, Selah’s grounding in Trinitarian theology, Contemplative style, and Biblical truth assured me the fit was right.
I have been practicing spiritual direction under supervision and know ministry has been enhanced. Pray with me as I hope to complete the program in June 2015.
